Single-Family Residential Interior Renovation

We worked closely with the client to understand how their main floor plan could be optimized with updated spatial layouts to enhance function in the family's everyday life. The wall dividing the kitchen and great room was perforated with wood-clad archways which flank the central fireplace. Anchored by the 3-sided wine chiller, these openings allow fluidity of entertaining across the newly connected living spaces. The introduction of fold-away exterior doors and large windows floods the space with natural daylight and promotes visual connection to the outdoor living areas.
