Fairview Condominiums

This three-storey condominium is comprised of 15 units and is situated in Riverside, a neighbourhood easily identified by its vernacular mid-century Southern Ontario architecture. The design was heavily informed by this location as seen through the use of the neighbourhood's architectural colour palette and frequent use of brick masonry. The high-exposure nature of the site resulted in the stepped-back primary facade which runs along the main thoroughfare of Wyandotte Street East.
