BDC Offices

Located in one of Windsor’s newly-restored historic landmarks, the Walker Power Building, this interior fit-up aims to balance both contemporary and industrial elements for BDC’s flagship Windsor office. Although BDC maintains a set design criteria for their spaces, ADA was privileged to have the design freedom to propose and deliver a dynamic office space with custom features such as integrated millwork, unique ceiling treatments, and hand-selected finishes and fixtures. The resulting office space contrasts and celebrates the Walker Power Building’s historic concrete and brick structure with an abundance of natural lighting and panoramic views to the thriving and long-established neighbourhood of Walkerville.
